VU Le Décret n°99-0077/PR/MFEN du 08 juin 1999 portant réforme des sociétés d’Etat, des sociétés d’Economie mixte et des établissements publics industriels et commerciaux ;
VU Le Décret n°2013/144/PR/MDCC du 04 juin 2013 portant attribution, fonctionnement et organisation de l’Agence Nationale pour la Promotion des Investissements ;
بناء على مرسوم رقم 2021-105 الصادر في 24 مايو 2021 بشأن تعيين رئيس الوزراء
بناء على مرسوم رقم 2021-106 الصادر في 24 مايو 2021 بشأن تعيين أعضاء الحكومة
بناء على مرسوم رقم 2021-114 الصادر في 31 مايو 2021 بشأن تحديد اختصاصات الوزراء
بناء على مرسوم رقم 2022-001 الصادر في 02 يناير 2022 بشأن إعادة تشكيل الوزاري
