ARTICLE 1 : Dans le cadre de la mission de paix au sein de l\u2019AMISOM (Somalie), il est cr\u00e9e \u00e0 un onzi\u00e8me Bataillon de rel\u00e8ve au BAT-HIIL 9 \u00e0 partir du 1er Janvier 2024. Il prend l’appellation de BAT-HIIL11.<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 2 : La dur\u00e9e de la mission BAT-HIIL11 en Somalie est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 un an. Elle peut \u00eatre prolong\u00e9e en tant que de besoin sur d\u00e9cision du Haut Commandement Militaire.<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 3 : Le personnel affect\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s du BAT-HIIL11 sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant en service command\u00e9 pendant la dur\u00e9e de leur s\u00e9jour en Somalie.<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 4 : La p\u00e9riode pass\u00e9e en dehors du territoire national ouvrira droit \u00e0 une bonification \u00e9gale au \u201cdouble campagne\u201d du service accompli \u00e0 condition d’avoir servi au moins sept (7) mois en Somalie (sauf cas exceptionnel).<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 5 : Le pr\u00e9sent D\u00e9cret sera enregistr\u00e9 et publi\u00e9 au Journal Officiel de la R\u00e9publique de Djibouti.<\/p>\n
