Antoine Emilion, secr&eacute;taire-adjoint contractuel, cat&eacute;gorie D, 4&deg; &eacute;chelon groupe IV, en service aux contributions directes (Minist&egrave;re des Finances et du Plan), qui aura accompli au 1&deg;\u00a0\u00bb juillet 1966 22 mois de service effectif dans le Territoires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art. 2. &mdash;<\/strong> Avant son d&eacute;part du Territoire, M. Emilion percevra son salaire de cong&eacute; d&eacute;compt&eacute; suivant les prescriptions des articles 98 et 124 du Code du travail outre-mer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art. 3.&#8211;<\/strong> Une r&eacute;quisition de passage Djibouti-Paris par la voie a&eacute;rienne en classe touriste est accord&eacute;e &agrave; M.
