Art. 1er. — Le bureau des affaires politiques et indigènes et le bureau des affaires économiques sont supprimées et remplacés par un bureau unique qui prendra l’appellation de 1er bureau.<\/p>\n

Art. 2 — Le bureau des finances et le bureau du matériel sont supprimés et remplacés par un bureau unique qui prendra l’appellation de 2e bureau.<\/p>\n

Art. 3 — Le présent arrêt qui effet à compter de ce jour sera enregistré, communiqué et publié partout où besoin sera et inséré au Journal officiel de la colonies.<\/p>\n
