40 du plan d&rsquo;Ambouli Concession suburbaine d&rsquo;une surface de 45 hectares 97 ares environ, accord&eacute;e &agrave; titre d&eacute;finitif par arr&eacute;t&eacute; du 14 septembre 1900 ins&eacute;r&eacute; au Journal Officiel du 1er novembre 1900.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 2. &mdash; Le pr&eacute;sent arr&ecirc;t&eacute; ayant &eacute;t&eacute; pris pour r&eacute;gulariser la situation des concessions accord&eacute;e par l&rsquo;Administration locale &agrave; la Soci&eacute;t&eacute; Industrielle d&rsquo;Orient annule tous les actes ant&eacute;rieurs arr&ecirc;tes d&eacute;cisions, lettres. etc., relatifs aux concessions de cette Soci&eacute;t&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 3. &mdash; Toutes les concessions &eacute;num&eacute;r&eacute;es ci-dessus ont &eacute;t&eacute; transf&eacute;r&eacute;es le 7 novembre 1904 par la Soci&eacute;t&eacute; Industrielle d&rsquo;Oriental &agrave; l&rsquo;International Ethiopien Railwav Trust and Construction Company.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 4. &mdash; La Colonie ne fournit aux Concessionnaires aucune garantie Contre les troubles, &eacute;victions ou revendications des tiers, non plus que pour la contenance indiqu&eacute;e au plan.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 5. &mdash; Les dispositions des artcl&eacute;s sur le r&eacute;gime des concessions, ainsi que toutes les modifications qui pourraient intervenir dans la suite en &agrave; mati&egrave;re sont applicables aux concessions qui font l&rsquo;objet du pr&eacute;sent arr&ecirc;te.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 6. &mdash; L es formalit&eacute;s d&rsquo;enregistrement et de transcription du pr&eacute;sent arr&eacute;t&eacute;, de concession seront reniplies aux frais des concessionnaires et ce, dans un d&eacute;lai d&rsquo;un mois, &agrave; souvent mai d&eacute;finie, qu'elles ont &eacute;t&eacute; poottti&eacute;es lors des remaniements successif du plan cadastral de la ville et qu'il en r&eacute;sultant pour Soci&eacute;t&eacute; Industrile d'Orient que&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>pour l'Adminisitration&nbsp;
