&laquo;Djibouti Marina SARL&raquo;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #0000FF\"><u><strong>Article 2<\/strong><\/u>&nbsp;: Le concessionnaire n&rsquo;a pas rempli les clauses et conditions du cahier de charge de la d&eacute;lib&eacute;ration n&deg;487\/7&egrave;me L du 24 mai 1968, modifi&eacute;e et compl&eacute;t&eacute;e par la d&eacute;lib&eacute;ration n&deg;39\/8&egrave;me L du 27 mai 1974 applicables aux ali&eacute;nations de gr&eacute; &agrave; gr&eacute; de parcelles de terrain du domaine priv&eacute; de l&rsquo;&Eacute;tat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #0000FF\"><u><strong>Article 3<\/strong><\/u>&nbsp;: Le pr&eacute;sent Arr&ecirc;t&eacute;
