aux &Eacute;tats Unis d&rsquo;Am&eacute;rique, un terrain de 40 321 m2 appartenant &agrave; l&rsquo;&Eacute;tat sis &agrave; Haramous.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Article 2 : Ce lot sera extrait de la concession provisoire accord&eacute;e &agrave; la Soci&eacute;t&eacute; Maya Traying and Real Estate Development Co en vertu du d&eacute;cret n&deg;2004-0026\/PRE du 25 f&eacute;vrier 2004 notamment l&rsquo;article II.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Article 3 : Sur cette parcelle de terrain sera &eacute;difi&eacute;e l&rsquo;Ambassade des &Eacute;tats Unis d&rsquo;Am&eacute;rique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Article 4 : Le b&eacute;n&eacute;ficiaire devra conform&eacute;ment &agrave; la d&eacute;lib&eacute;ration n&deg;487\/6&egrave;me L du 24 mai 1968 modifi&eacute;e et compl&eacute;t&eacute;e par la d&eacute;lib&eacute;ration n&deg;39\/8&egrave;me L du 27 mai 1974 se soumettre aux conditions du cahier des charges applicable aux ali&eacute;nations du terrain gr&eacute;
