retenir pour le compte de l&rsquo;&Eacute;tat, le montant des imp&ocirc;ts dus sur le produit de la vente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Article 3 : Le certificat est d&eacute;livr&eacute; par le Sous Directeur du Recouvrement dans un d&eacute;lai de 8 jours &agrave; compter de la date de d&eacute;p&ocirc;t de la demande.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Article 4 : Les notaires qui auront conclu une transaction immobili&egrave;re au m&eacute;pris des dispositions de l&rsquo;article 2 du pr&eacute;sent d&eacute;cret devront r&eacute;gler l&rsquo;imp&ocirc;t devenu irr&eacute;couvrable de leur fait.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Article 5 : Aucune mutation ne peut &ecirc;tre accomplie en dehors des dispositions du pr&eacute;sent D&eacute;cret.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Article 6 : Toutes les ordonnances et d&eacute;crets ant&eacute;rieurs contraires aux dispositions de l&rsquo;actuel D&eacute;cret sont abrog&eacute;s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Article 7 : Le pr&eacute;sent d&eacute;cret fera l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une publication au journal officiel.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"author":0,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"institution":[877],"nature-dun-texte":[248],"class_list":["post-59440","texte-juridique","type-texte-juridique","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","institution-4-an","nature-dun-texte-decret"],"acf":{"reference":"2004-0203\/PR\/MEFPP","comment":"portant annulation d'autorisation pr\u00e9alable en mati\u00e8re de transaction immobili\u00e8re.","visas":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">VU La Loi constitutionnelle du 15 septembre 1992 ;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">VU Le D&eacute;cret n&deg;2001-053\/PRE du 04\/03\/2001 portant nomination du Premier Ministre ;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">VU Le D&eacute;cret n&deg;2001-0137\/PRE du 04\/07\/01 portant nomination des membres du Gouvernement ;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">VU L&rsquo;Ordonnance n&deg;<a href='https:\/\/www.journalofficiel.dj\/texte-juridique\/ordonnance-n79-002-pr-portant-autorisation-prealable-en-matiere-des-transactions-immobilieres\/'>79-002\/PR <\/a>du 11 janvier 1979 portant autorisation pr&eacute;alable en mati&egrave;re de transaction immobili&egrave;re ;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">SUR Proposition du Ministre de l&rsquo;&Eacute;conomie, des Finances et de la Planification, charg&eacute;
