n&deg;96-0159\/PR\/MTT du 19 mars 1996 sont annul&eacute;s et remplac&eacute;s par les dispositions du pr&eacute;sent arr&ecirc;t&eacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Les taux de ces redevances sont exprim&eacute;s en Francs Djibouti (FDJ).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\"><strong>Article 2<\/strong>&nbsp;: Redevances a&eacute;roportuaires :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Les taux des redevances &agrave; Passagers pour les pays limitrophe 3000 DJF,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&#8211; Passagers internationaux pour les autres pays 5000 DJF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Sont exempt&eacute;s de la redevance passagers :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">a) Les membres de l&rsquo;&eacute;quipage de l&rsquo;a&eacute;ronef effectuant le transport,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">b) Les passagers en transit direct, qui repartent sur le m&ecirc;me avion,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">c) Les passagers d&rsquo;un a&eacute;ronef qui effectue un retour forc&eacute; sur l&rsquo;A&eacute;roport en raison d&rsquo;incidents techniques ou de conditions m&eacute;t&eacute;orologiques d&eacute;favorables,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">d) Les enfants &acirc;g&eacute;s de moins de 2 ans,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">e) Les agents de l&rsquo;A&eacute;roport &agrave; dans les installations a&eacute;roportuaires,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&#8211; Aux valises diplomatiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">L&rsquo;ancienne d&eacute;finition du fret en transit est modifi&eacute;e comme suit :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Il est entendu par fret en transit, les marchandises provenant d&rsquo;un pays tiers, destin&eacute;es &agrave; un autre, arrivant dans les installations agr&eacute;&eacute;es de l&rsquo;A&eacute;roport International de Djibouti apr&egrave;s avoir utilis&eacute; comme mode de transport, l&rsquo;avion, la voie maritime (via le Port Autonome de Djibouti), la voie ferroviaire ou routi&egrave;re, en vue d&rsquo;atteindre sa destination finale par le moyen d&rsquo;un de ces modes de transport existants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Seules seront exon&eacute;r&eacute;es de la redevance fret, les marchandises arrivant par avion et repartant sur le m&ecirc;me vol ou transf&eacute;r&eacute;es sur un autre vol aussit&ocirc;t apr&egrave;s leur d&eacute;chargement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Les autres marchandises ne remplissant pas les conditions pr&eacute;cit&eacute;es seront soumises &agrave; l&rsquo;application de ladite redevance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Le Directeur de l&rsquo;A&eacute;roport International de Djibouti peut accorder, pour les marchandises en transit, des r&eacute;ductions ne pouvant exc&eacute;der 50% du montant &agrave; percevoir, si les conditions particuli&egrave;res du transport les justifient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\"><strong>Article 4 :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">L&rsquo;Etablissement Public &laquo;A&eacute;roport de Djibouti&raquo; la Direction G&eacute;n&eacute;rale de l&rsquo;A&eacute;roport, l&rsquo;autorisation d&rsquo;acquitter leurs redevances sur pr&eacute;sentation d&rsquo;un relev&eacute; de compte mensuel par l&rsquo;A&eacute;roport.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Le paiement devra &ecirc;tre effectu&eacute; de l&rsquo;ex&eacute;cution du pr&eacute;sent arr&ecirc;t&eacute; qui fera l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une publication selon la proc&eacute;dure d&rsquo;urgence et sera enregistr&eacute;, communiqu&eacute;
