En remplacement de celle-ci, un d&eacute;tachement de la FNP y prendra fonction charg&eacute; d&rsquo;exercer la mission de Police Judiciaire et d&rsquo;apporter tous autres concours au profit de la Direction du Port.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Article 2 : Les textes ant&eacute;rieurs relatifs &agrave; la comp&eacute;tence de la Gendarmerie dans l&rsquo;enceinte du Port sont abrog&eacute;s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Article 3 : La passation des lieux du service et les consignes s&rsquo;effectueront d&egrave;s la signature du pr&eacute;sent D&eacute;cret.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Article 4 : Le pr&eacute;sent D&eacute;cret sera enregistr&eacute;
