Article I : L’appellation «Armée Nationale Djiboutienne» (AND) est définitivement abrogée. Elle est désormais remplacée par l’appellation «Forces Armées Djiboutiennes» (FAD).<\/span><\/p>\n

Article II : Le Ministre de la Défense Nationale et le Chef d’Etat-Major Général des Armées prendront les dispositions nécessaires pour procéder à l’appellation rigoureuse de cette décision.<\/span><\/p>\n
