Article 1er :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conformément à l’article 5 de la loi n°2 du 15 septembre 1992, une licence audiovisuelle d’exploitation d’un réseau de télédistribution en système MMDS est attribuée à la Société «Télé Sat Djibouti» SARL.<\/p>\n

Article 2 :<\/strong><\/p>\n

L’exploitation du réseau obéira aux termes d’un cahier de charge et d’une convention signés entre le Ministère chargé de la Communication et la Société Télé Sat Djibouti.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Article 3 :<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Société «Télé Sat Djibouti» s’acquittera à la redevance forfaitaire pour l’exploitation de la licence d’exploitation, fixée à (10.000.000 FD) et de la location des fréquences 11.7 à 11.9 fixée à (6.129.230 FD).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Les modalités de paiement de ces redevances seront fixées par arrêté ultérieurement.<\/p>\n

Article 4 :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le présent décret sera enregistré, communiqué exécuté partout où besoin sera et publié au Journal Officiel de la République de Djibouti.<\/p>\n
