Article 1er : Les tarifs de vente d’énergie électrique et des redevances accessoires fixés par l’Arrêté NR 2000-0002\/PR\/MERN du 02 janvier 2000 sont complétés par des tarifs applicables aux compteurs à prépaiement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 2 : Compteurs à prépaiement.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Il est créé deux tarifs sans prime fixe, pour la vente d’avance d’énergie à un prix donné du kWh correspondant au tarif de :<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

2.1 – Compteur à prépaiement économique (ou Code 21).<\/span><\/p>\n

La puissance est limitée à 1 kVA. Le prix du kWh est de 22 FD.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

2.2 – Compteur à prépaiement normal (ou Code 22).<\/span><\/p>\n

La puissance est supérieure de 1 kVA et limitée par construction ou réglage.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Le prix du kWh est de 34 FD.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Article 3 : Le présent Arrêté sera enregistré, publié et communiqué partout où besoin sera. Il est applicable dès sa signature.<\/span><\/p>\n
