Article 1er : Est ratifié l’Accord de Partenariat de Cotonou liant les membres du Groupe des États d’Afrique, de Caraïbes et du Pacifique, d’une part et la Communauté Européenne et ses États membres, d’autre part, signé à Cotonou (Bénin) le 23 juin 2000 pour la République de Djibouti.<\/span><\/p>\n
