Article 1er : Le plan comptable de l’État annexé au présent décret est applicable pour compter du 1er janvier 2002.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Article 2 : Les opérations du Trésor national sont décrites conformément à la nomenclature du nouveau plan comptable général de l’État.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Article 3 : Toutes dispositions antérieures contraires au présent décret sont abrogées, notamment le décret n°84-107\/PRE du 11 octobre 1984.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Article 4 : Le Ministre de l’Économie, des Finances et de la Planification, chargé de la Privatisation est chargé de l’application du présent décret.<\/span><\/p>\n

VU Le DÉCRET N°0012\/PRE\/MEFPP du 15 janvier 2001 portant Règlement Général sur la Comptabilité Publique ;<\/span><\/p>\n

VU Le décret n°2001-0223\/PR\/MEFPP portant adoption et application de la nomenclature budgétaire de l’État ;<\/span><\/p>\n

VU Le décret n°2001-0137\/PRE du 04 juillet 2001 portant nomination des membres du Gouvernement ;<\/span><\/p>\n
