par unit&eacute; d&rsquo;enseignement.<\/p>\n<p>Article 4 : La note finale de chaque unit&eacute; d&rsquo;enseignement est &eacute;tablie par combinaison d&rsquo;un contr&ocirc;le continu et\/ou d&rsquo;un examen terminal. L&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une note finale sup&eacute;rieure ou &eacute;gale &agrave; dix sur vingt permet l&rsquo;acquisition d&eacute;finitive des cr&eacute;dits affect&eacute;s &agrave; l&rsquo;unit&eacute; d&rsquo;enseignement. Au niveau du semestre, la moyenne des notes finales de chaque unit&eacute; d&rsquo;enseignement, affect&eacute;es des coefficients mentionn&eacute;s &agrave; l&rsquo;article 2 du pr&eacute;sent Arr&ecirc;t&eacute;, permet l&rsquo;obtention de trente cr&eacute;dits d&egrave;s lors que cette moyenne est sup&eacute;rieure ou &eacute;gale &agrave; dix sur vingt.<\/p>\n<p>Article 5 : L&rsquo;&eacute;tudiant ayant obtenu les cr&eacute;dits n&eacute;cessaires &agrave; la validation des semestres 5 et 6 se voit d&eacute;livrer le dipl&ocirc;me national menant au grade de Licence marquant la fin du premier cycle de l&rsquo;enseignement universitaire. Il remplit alors les conditions requises pour s&rsquo;inscrire en deuxi&egrave;me cycle universitaire qui conduit &agrave; la d&eacute;livrance du dipl&ocirc;me de Master.<\/p>\n<p>Article 6 : Les &eacute;tudiants ne remplissant pas les conditions requises &agrave; l&rsquo;article 5 du pr&eacute;sent Arr&ecirc;t&eacute; peuvent &ecirc;tre admis &agrave; se r&eacute;inscrire une fois. La demande de r&eacute;inscription fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une D&eacute;cision individuelle de l&rsquo;&eacute;tablissement habilit&eacute; au sens de l&rsquo;article 2 du D&eacute;cret n&deg;2009-057 portant cr&eacute;ation de dipl&ocirc;mes nationaux menant au grade de Licence Appliqu&eacute;e.<br \/>Cette D&eacute;cision individuelle prend en consid&eacute;ration l&rsquo;appr&eacute;ciation figurant sur le proc&egrave;s verbal de jury o&ugrave; figurent n&eacute;cessairement les ajourn&eacute;s avec un avis individuel sur leur r&eacute;inscription &eacute;ventuelle. La liste des ajourn&eacute;s avec avis favorable &agrave; la r&eacute;inscription est pr&eacute;sent&eacute;e par ordre de m&eacute;rite.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Titre III<br \/>Dispositions finales<\/p>\n<p>Article 7 : Dans le respect des dispositions l&eacute;gislatives et r&eacute;glementaires, les mesures compl&eacute;mentaires relatives :<br \/>* &agrave; l&rsquo;assiduit&eacute; des &eacute;tudiants aux cours, travaux dirig&eacute;s, travaux pratiques et aux stages,<\/p>\n<p>* aux modalit&eacute;s de r&eacute;alisation et d&rsquo;organisation des enseignements,<br \/>* aux modalit&eacute;s et &agrave; l&rsquo;organisation du contr&ocirc;le des connaissances,<br \/>sont d&eacute;termin&eacute;es par l&rsquo;&eacute;tablissement habilit&eacute; au sens de l&rsquo;article 2 du D&eacute;cret n&deg;2009-057 du 22 mars 2009 portant cr&eacute;ation de dipl&ocirc;mes nationaux menant au grade de Licence.<\/p>\n<p>Article 8 : Le pr&eacute;sent Arr&eacute;t&eacute;
