Article 1er : Il est attribué à titre onéreux au profit de Djibouti Telecom une parcelle de terrain situé dans l’enceinte de l’ancien gare de Djibouti d’une superficie de 25 200 m2 à raison de 25 000 FD\/m2 soit un montant global de : 630 000 000 fd (Six cent trente millions franc Djibouti).
Article 2 : Cette parcelle est destinée à l’implantation d’un parc des nouvelles technologies en partenariat avec la société indienne de Senfra.
Article 3 : Le présent Arrêté sera enregistré à la charge et à la diligence du concessionnaire.
