Article 1 : Il est attribué à titre onéreux d’une parcelle de terrain sis au secteur de PK 13 d’une superficie de 9.4 ha à China First Highway Engineering Co.Ltd à raison de 5000 FD\/m2.
Article 2 : Cette parcelle de terrain est destinée d’un projet de transport et de logistique.
Article 3 : Dans les vingt jours de la date du présent arrêté, le Ministère du Budget par l’entremise du Directeur des domaines et de la Conservation Foncière, fera remise de la dite parcelle au représentant de China First Highway Engineering Co.Ltd.
