charg&eacute; de la pr&eacute;paration de la Commission mixte<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: -20\">Minist&eacute;rielle entre la R&eacute;publique de Djibouti et la R&eacute;publique du Y&eacute;men du 13 au 19<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: -20\">f&eacute;vrier 1998.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: -20\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: -20\">Article 2 : Le comit&eacute; est plac&eacute; sous l&rsquo;autorit&eacute; du Ministre des Affaires &Eacute;trang&egrave;res et de la Coop&eacute;ration Internationale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: -20\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: -20\">Article 3: Le comit&eacute; Mr Rachid ldriss Nour<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: -20\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: -20\">Article 4 :<br \/>a) Le pr&eacute;sident du Comit&eacute; est responsable de toute la pr&eacute;paration technique et de la coordination des travaux du comit&eacute;.<br \/>b) Les responsables de l&rsquo;accueil sont charg&eacute;s des arriv&eacute;es et des d&eacute;parts de la d&eacute;l&eacute;gation y&eacute;m&eacute;nite.<br \/>c) Les responsables de l&rsquo;h&eacute;bergement sont charg&eacute;s de s&rsquo;assurer de l&rsquo;h&eacute;bergement et de la restauration des membres de la d&eacute;l&eacute;gation y&eacute;m&eacute;nite.<br \/>d) Les responsables du transport sont charg&eacute;s de la r&eacute;partition des chauffeurs, des v&eacute;hicules. Ce groupe devra travailler avec les responsables de l&rsquo;accueil.<br \/>e) Les responsables du secr&eacute;tariat et des salles de conf&eacute;rence sont charg&eacute;s des travaux du secr&eacute;tariat de la commission (r&eacute;daction des proc&egrave;s-verbaux des diff&eacute;rentes r&eacute;unions).<br \/>f) Les responsables de la presse sont charg&eacute;s d&rsquo;assister et d&rsquo;informer les repr&eacute;sentants de la presse y&eacute;m&eacute;nite.<br \/>g) Le responsable de la s&eacute;curit&eacute; est charg&eacute; de la s&eacute;curit&eacute; des membres de la d&eacute;l&eacute;gation y&eacute;m&eacute;nite, &agrave; leur r&eacute;sidence, lors de leurs d&eacute;placements et du contr&ocirc;le de l&rsquo;acc&egrave;s de la salle de conf&eacute;rence.<\/p>\n<p>Article 5 : Un comit&eacute; d&rsquo;experts issus des diff&eacute;rents d&eacute;partements minist&eacute;riels est mis en place pour participer aux travaux de la commission mixte.<\/p>\n<p>Article 6 : Le comit&eacute; d&rsquo;experts est compos&eacute;
