ARTICLE I – Les prix de référence \u00ab\u00a0CAF DJIBOUTI\u00a0\u00bb des hydrocar­bures vendus au détail sur le marché intérieur sont fixés comme suit :<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE II : – L’Etablissement Public des Hydrocarbures prendra en compte les prélèvements et soutiens affectés à la stabilisation des prix sur la base des ajustements ci-après :<\/span><\/p>\n

VU l'arrêté n°90-1084\/PR\/MCTT\/EPH du 15 octobre 1990 fixant les prix CAF des hydrocarbures vendus au détail ;<\/span><\/p>\n

VU l'Urgence ;<\/span><\/p>\n
