ARTICLE I : Les prix de référence \u00ab\u00a0CAF DJIBOUTI\u00a0\u00bb des hydrocarbures vendus au détail sur le marché intérieur sont fixés comme suit :<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE II : L’Établissement Public des Hydrocarbures prendra en compte les prélèvements et soutiens affectés à la stabilisation des prix sur la base des ajustements ci-après :<\/span><\/p>\n

Super          129,60 – 96,22 = (+ 33,38)<\/span><\/p>\n

Ordinaire     144,90 – 84,60 =  (+ 30,30)<\/span><\/p>\n

Gasoil            64,25 – 75,37 = (- 11,12)<\/span><\/p>\n

Pétrole          50,17  – 75,42 = (- 25,25)<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE III : Le présent Arrêté qui prendra effet à compter du 1er Avril 1991 sera enregistré, communiqué, diffusé selon la procédure d’urgence et sera exécuté partout où besoin sera.<\/span><\/p>\n
