du Premier Ministre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: -20px\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Article 3 : Les attributions de la Direction de la Planification s&rsquo;exerceront dans le cadre fix&eacute;
