VU La Constitution du 15 septembre 1992 ;
بناء على القانون الدستوري رقم 92/ج و/10 / السادس س ت الصادر في 21 أبريل 2010 المعدِّل للدستور؛
بناء على مرسوم رقم 2021-105 الصادر في 24 مايو 2021 بشأن تعيين رئيس الوزراء
بناء على مرسوم رقم 2021-106 الصادر في 24 مايو 2021 بشأن تعيين أعضاء الحكومة
بناء على مرسوم رقم 2021-114 الصادر في 31 مايو 2021 بشأن تحديد اختصاصات الوزراء
VU La Circulaire n°110/PAN du 05/11/2023 portant convocation de l’Assemblée nationale en séance publique ;
A ADOPTÉ, EN SA PREMIERE SEANCE PUBLIQUE DU 09/11/2023, LA LOI DONT LA TENEUR SUIT :
Le Conseil des Ministres entendu en sa séance du 20/06/2023.
ARTICLE 1er : Est ratifiée, en application de l’article 63 de la Constitution, l’adhésion de la République de Djibouti aux Statuts “l’Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank” (AIIB), adoptés le 29 juin 2015 à Pékin, et annexés à la présente Loi.
